Swimming

Doing a happy dance on our way home from swimming. She loved it! She was my fearless little girl and would jump into my arms on the edge of the pool. I would scoot back pretty far sometimes to see if she would still jump...didn't even phase her! She could be the next "girl version" of Michael Phelps...I'm just sayin... :)
Idaho Falls & The Fourth of July!
So we had a blast in Idaho Falls during the 4th of July! There was lots of family up there and we always have such a fun time together! We always go to the parade in Idaho Falls, have lots of yummy food, and maybe even sneak a movie in there. Which we did this time, we saw Transformers, it was great! What is with the critics being so down on that movie? It was awesome! The most favorite thing of all is a Mooso tradition to use Grandpa's cannon and load it packed full with gun powder and blow up a trash can! It sounds silly and not very exciting, but let me tell you it is the highlight for everyone! The noise is SO loud, and seeing a trash can shoot 30 something feet up in the air is just so entertaining!! :) It is a hoot!
Thanks for an awesome weekend. We always love our "Mini Mooso Migrations". :)
These are the best pics I could get
of Jovie in her 4th of July getup!
She would not cooperate!
She still is pretty cute!

Bitter sweet

So I woke up at 4:00 in the morning to searing, pinching, shooting pain in my back. I thought I cracked my spine or something? I woke Brandon up because I was in so much pain. He was such a sweet husband and took care of me, got the heating pad, bengay, and was rubbing my back. He even stayed home from work and watched Jovie in the morning for me, until I could get my butt out of bed! Which was 9:00 in the morning. My back is feeling much better. The pain is there but at least the pinching is gone.
I mean seriously I am only 24, ok, ok well almost 25 in a couple weeks, but seriously...I am not that old yet! I have no idea what I did to my back. I am so grateful for a husband who loves me so much and helps me to get better no matter what type of sickness or ailment I have. Today would have been a much harder day if I didn't have my man. ;)

From the mouth of Jovie....
Lately Jovie is SO curious. When we are driving, walking, reading books, etc. She is constatly asking, "What's that?" in her cute little voice. It is really fun to see her grow and learn new things. She wants to know what everything is, it is really precious!
Lunch Time!
Jovie and I hung out with Steph, Ava and Aidan yesterday and went to Rumbi. We had such a fun time. We love when they come to Utah!
The kids were so cute playing together!

Happy 2nd Birthday Jo jo!!
Happy Birthday Princess Jovie!
So our little girl is 2 years old today!! Wow! I can't believe I have a two year old!
She is such a sweet girl and we love our little princess. She is the love of our lives!
Today we took Jovie to her first movie ever! We saw UP! It was a really cute movie. Jovie did fairly well considering that this was her 1st time at the movie theater... she liked to run up and down the asiles toward the end, I guess she got board? Finally Brandon had to go out with her, about the last 15 minutes of the movie so that was a bummer. I was a good mom and watched the rest of it! Theres no reason for both of us to miss the whole movie right!?
It was fun regardless of how active and silly our little daughter is!

We had a family party on Saturday night that was A Little Mermaid themed party! We played a musical balloon game, which Jovie totally didn't get. She just ran through the balloons back and forth. It was funny! We had mermaid punch, aquarium jello and a mermaid Coldstone cake that turned all of our mouths blue! We gave all of "Jovie's guests" treasure boxes favors to take home.(which we forgot to give everyone...gesh!) It was a fun party to plan and thanks to all the family who came and made it extra special for Jovie! We love you all! :)
